My wife and I would like to give unsolicited thumbs up to Charla Armstrong of Panama Beach Rentals and her team. We met Charla in February when we answered an ad for a sub lease condo in Coronado. She made the process as easy as possible and was a pleasure to work with.

As any long distance property owner knows, it is not easy to watch and maintain a home from thousands of miles away. In addition to the ongoing maintenance that must be performed, there are bills to be paid, there is also service help to be hired, paid and managed.
